Pre-launch draft. The clinic must approve its legal entity details, booking policies, data-processing arrangements and applicable privacy obligations before live operation.
Non-emergency information
This website describes home healthcare services in Dubai and provides general information. It is not an emergency response channel, a diagnosis service or a substitute for individual medical advice.
Service selection and booking
Selecting a service does not confirm an appointment or establish treatment suitability. When online booking is available, appointment times and confirmation details will be shown during the booking process. Clinical suitability, service scope, fees and cancellation terms must be clear before care is agreed.
Appointment deposit
The appointment deposit is AED 250, credited towards the appointment and not an additional booking fee. It is not the full service price. Live checkout is not yet available, and final service fees must be agreed before care. Payment does not itself establish clinical eligibility.
Cancellation and deposit rules
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, the AED 250 deposit is forfeited. Purchases are non-refundable, subject to statutory rights. Deposits cannot be transferred to another appointment, patient or service. These rules follow the clinic's published policy and the confirmed Homecare deposit rule. The clinic must approve arrangements for clinic-initiated cancellations, clinical unsuitability and rescheduling before live booking opens.
Enquiry channels
Use the displayed email or WhatsApp links for non-emergency enquiries when available. No automatic response time is promised.
Content and imagery
Journal articles provide general information and require clinical review before launch. Clinic photographs show the parent clinic's facilities and brand details, not home visits or a verified home-care team.
Service agreement
These are draft website terms, not a complete clinical service agreement. The responsible legal entity, facility licensing and applicable patient information must be confirmed before live operation.
